This distinctive hybrid has become synonymous with high cup quality in the country and remains a staple of Salvadoran specialty coffee. When expertly cultivated and processed on the slopes of the Santa Ana volcano at Finca Santa Elena, it shines with crisp green apple brightness, balanced by milk chocolate and honey sweetness.
